The Sustainable Land Use Initiative (said Slew-ee (or SLUI) for short), is a regional-scale initiative aimed at reducing the risk that future climate variability and extreme weather events pose to our region and its land resource.

Horizons’ vision of a prosperous region with green hills, safe communities and clean streams needs landowner help to become a reality. Keep an eye out for the SLUI 2 U team coming to you via the Green RIG at field days, community gatherings and monitor farm days.
